Welcome to My Apps
You can access all of your client questionnaires, booking forms, job histories, feedback forms and other services form the My Apps section of your Client Portal.
The My Apps page lists all of the FDM web-applications that you have access to and lets you access various questionnaires / booking forms, view your job histories and much more.
To get started with the My Apps section, follow these instructions:
- Log in to your FDM Client Portal.
- Click on the 'My Apps' from either the My Portal page, Main menu or Quick Links Menu.
- When the My Apps page has loaded, you will be able to see the services available to you.
- Most Apps have 2 parts: A job booking app (E.g questionnaire) and a Job History App which shows you any submissions you've made using the accompanying booking app.
- To get started with any App, click on the blue button.
- If you have already started one of the Apps (e.g an Elections Questionnaire) you can also continue where you left off by clicking on the 'Get Started' button and the form will load all of your previously saved entries.
