Adding a new document type

When you send an IER job to FDM through Hi-mail you need to fill out the Hi-vote job control app.

But what if the letter you want to send isn't listed as one of the available options within Hi-vote?

Well, you have 2 options:

1. Email [e-mail] and request it to be added. We can usually add new letter types to the Hi-vote Job Control App the same working day so let us know the name of the letter and we will add it on for you.
2. Request a new letter using the Questions section of this support site. You can access this by going to Community > Browse > Post a question or idea. Fill in the simple form and let us know what you want us to add on.
