Hi-vote records the jobs that you submit the Hi-vote Job Control App and displays them for you to view later. It also displays data captured from them in some useful graphs underneath Your Job History.
To view your job history you need to click on the IER statistics link in the client menu or from the Hi-vote Job Control App you can scroll down and click on the View Jobs button or View Statistics button.
The job is split into 2 sections:
- Your Job History – Top half of the page
- Your Usage Statistics – Bottom half of the page
Your Job History
The top half of the page displays all of the previous jobs that you’ve submitted through the Hi-vote Job Control App.
The standard view is called List View and displays your previous jobs as a list. The newest jobs will be at the bottom of the list and the oldest jobs at the top.
The list will display up to 25 entries in a single row and then paginate the entries after that.
To view a previous job, click on the name of the job you wish to view.
The job names contain the date and time that the job was created and the name of the person who created it to help you find the jobs your are looking for.
You can also view your jobs on a calendar to make identifying when they were entered easier. This is know as Calendar View. To view your entries on a calendar, click on the Calendar View button (see screenshot below).
Once you have decided which view suits you best, you can click on the job title to view the details of the job.
The entry will load and display all of the elements of the job that you entered. This includes:
- User
- Date Entered
- Your Software Supplier
- Your Documents
- A detailed request of each document type.
Underneath the entry will be 2 buttons. The Back button returns you tot he list of entries and the Print This button produces a printer friendly view of the entry if you wish to print off a copy of the job requirements. This can be useful if you email confirmation did not arrive for some reason.
Your Usage Statistics
Directly under the Job History is the Usage Statistics section.
This is a collection of graphs that display your job entry data in various ways so that you can see at a glance the comparisons between your job requests.
The statics currently only record the document totals and not individual document types but they give you an idea of the most common categories and overall volumes that you have been sending through the Hi-vote Job Control App.
Hover your mouse over the coloured sections of each graph for more detailed information.
