How to Update Your Password in the Printer App

While printing a letter:

1. Send a letter to print via the HybridMail Printer App.
2. When you see the login box pop-up, you’ll need to click on ‘cancel’ promptly to prevent it from logging in using your old password. This will also prevent your account from being locked.
3. Enter your new password.
4. Please mark the checkbox next to ‘Remember Me’ if you would like to save your login details for future use.

While using the desktop app:

1. Open the HybridMail PrintClient desktop app.
2. When prompted, select the file you want to upload to Hi-mail.
3. The app will attempt to log you in using your old password, so you’ll need to click on ‘cancel’ promptly to prevent this from happening.
4. Enter your new password and click ‘Log in’ to confirm. You can also mark the checkbox next to ‘Remember Me’ if you would like to save your details for future use.
