Please follow the steps below to reset your password:
- Open the Hi-mail V2 login page here: https://himail.taone.co.uk/
- Enter your email address into the ‘Forgot Password?’ section and click on ‘Reset Password’
- Follow the link within the email to reset your password.
If you receive an error message after you click on the ‘Reset Password’ button, please ensure your email address is entered correctly. This error primarily arises from users unknowingly including a blank space at the start or end of their email address.
If you haven’t received a password reset email, please check your spam inbox, as the email may be filtered as junk mail.
