Track Your Orders

Hi-mail allows you to track the progress of your orders in various ways.

• The Home screen will display your most recent orders with their status.
• For a full list of all orders sent click on Track All Orders in the I wish to… menu.
• Order Dashboard – This allows you to download a CSV file of all of your orders by group, user, or All. This function is restricted to Group & Account Administrators.

NOTE: Hi-mail uses a batching process that collects all orders submitted each day and processes them together to maximise on production efficiency. This is performed each day at 3pm GMT so your order status may not update until after 3pm each day.
