Messaging Board

The messaging board is an online messaging system that allows you to communicate with your FDM Account Manager and the rest of your staff members. Each user of your account has access to the messaging system and can leave message on the message board. These messages will also be sent to your FDM account Manager who can also reply and leave responses on the messaging board.

To access the message board, click on the Message Board link in the Client Menu. 

Write your message in the box and click Send Private Message. The page will re-load and your message will be displayed below the message box.

If your Account manager, or another member of your team writes anything on the message board, you will receive an email to let you know that there is a new message waiting for you.
